Q:Why should I choose Joypets as my supplier?
A: Choosing Joypets means you've chosen reliable quality, attractive design, competitive prices, considerate service and most of all, the warmly welcomed dog supplies.

 Q: Does this web site sell retail?
A: We're sorry that Joypets products temporarily mainly sell wholesale now. However, we also sell retail to the dog lovers who'd like to buy some items for their own dogs.

Q: How to get price list of your products?
A: There're two methods to get a wholesale price list. First, you can visit the feedback page and leave a message. One of our reps will be with you in 36 hours after we get your information. Alternatively, you can directly email us and asking for a wholesale price list.

Q: What is the minimum order requirement to buy wholesale?
A: For dog clothing, there's no minimum requirement for each size each item, but as wholesale the total quantity of an order is supposed to be over 30pcs. You can mix colors and sizes that you want.

For dog collars, harnesses and leashes, generally the minimum order is a dozen (12pcs) each size each item. For each specific item, you can mix the colors since we have different colors for you to choose from. However, the minimum requirement for some certain collars and harnesses is half dozen (6pcs) each size each item.

Q: How to place an order with Joypets?
A: First, you should have our wholesale price list at hand. If not, please leave us a message or email us asking for a wholesale price list. After that, you just need to fill out the spread sheet with your order and  email back to us. If you couldn't open up the excel format files, please let us know, and we'll send you the price list in PDF format. You can also directly email us the item numbers, sizes and quantity that you want. We'll get back you soon with the detailed item list and formula invoice for your confirmation.

Q: I'm new to Joypets. Can I buy some samples first to check the quality?
A: Sure. We actually suggest you to order some samples for a trial. After checking the quality and designs, you can decide if you want to make a formal order. There's only one thing, the sample of dog collars, harnesses and leashes are sold by dozen(12pcs) each size. If you'd like to order very few pieces each size each item, the unit price for the samples might be a little bit higher than that of buying per dozen (i.e. the wholesale price).

Q: Do you have other dog products, such as dog beds, dog toys?
A:  Yes we do. We have another web site that sells dog beds, dog toys and dog accessories. Please visit: www.joypets.com.cn

Q: Is there any discount for large order?
A: Yes, there is. For dog clothes, any order over 400pcs will get 2% discount; any order over 500pcs will get 3% discount; any order over 1000pcs will get 5% discount.

For dog collars & leashes, dog harnesses & leashes, any order over 50 dozens will get 2% discount; orders over 80 dozens will get 3% discount; orders over 100 dozens will get 5% discount.

Q: Are your prices competitive to help me start my new business?
A: We can assure you that the prices of Joypets products are very reasonable. Joypets dog products are high end quality products. They're originally designed and carefully made. We can't promise that our prices are the lowest, but we can make sure that the prices are quite reasonable and competitive.

Q: Do you provide drop shipping service?
A: Yes, but we at present only provide drop shipping service when you buy wholesale (more than 50pcs). The destinations of the drop shipping service include: USA, West Europe, Australia and New Zealand. If you're buying retail (under 50pcs), or if you want us to send the products you order individually to the different destinations, we're sorry we couldn't provide such service at this moment.

Q: Can you tell me more about your drop shipping service?
A: Yes. You can browse our web site and choose the items you like to sell on your online shop. You may use our pictures and description also. When your customer places an order to you, you may transmit it to Joypets. After we have all the items prepared, we'll send them to the destination you appoint. But the invoice for Custom declaration will be provided by our company with our stamp. You should communicate with your customer about it beforehand.

If you don't want your customer to know that the goods come from Joypets, you'd better stock some goods beforehand and then sell them from your shop. If drop shipping overseas and making cheating invoice, it's illegal and really risky.

Q: Can you put my own logo or label on the products?
A: Yes, for dog clothing, dog toys as well as dog beds, we can put your own logo or label on the products before they're out of the plant if your quantity is more than 500pcs. Of course you need to provide us your logo or label, or the design of your own logo or label. If you want us to print them, you're supposed to bear the costs caused by printing.

           When the amount is over $50,000, we accept payment with L/C at sight.

Q: How much shall I pay on import taxes?
A: The tax amount you pay will depend on three factors: first, the importing country's tax policy; second, the sorts of importing goods; third, the amount of importing goods. The customs of different countries has different regulations on importing goods. When buying from Joypets, you don't have to pay any taxes on our side.

Q: When will I get my order?
A: The time you get your order depends on tow factors. One is the producing time for your order, and the other is the transport time.

The producing time depends on the quantity of your order. We don't have every item of the products in stock, so some of the items have to be made accordingly. The producing time is usually 5~7 days. During the holiday seasons, the producing period will be somewhat longer.

We'll send out your order soon as they get ready. It usually takes 5~7 business days by Express from China to your destination.

Q: Where is my order shipped from?
A: All the products of Joypets are shipped from Guangzhou, China.

Q: What are your shipping methods?
A: Joypets usually delivers the goods by Express, by air or by sea. If the quantity is under 1000pcs, we'll deliver the goods by Express to save time. If the quantity is more than 1000pcs, we'll deliver the goods by air or by sea to save shipping charges.

Q: What are differences between EMS and UPS/DHL?
A: There're three main factors:
1) For international shipment, UPS/DHL strictly charges according to both the actual weight and volumetric weight of the package, while EMS does not. That is to say, if the package's volumetric weight is no more than two times its actual weight, EMS charges according to the actual weight.

2) It takes 5~8 business days to arrive with EMS; but only 4~5 business days with UPS/DHL.

3) The shipping cost with UPS/DHL is higher than that of EMS.

4) DHL/UPS can deliver to almost every country of the world, while EMS can't.

Q: Which carrier do you usually suggest?
A: In normal condition, we usually suggest our customers to use EMS if not in urgent. But to west European countries, sometimes DHL/UPS is also suggested when the package is small. 

Q: Why volumetric weight should be calculated?
A: Large items with a light overall weight will be charged according to the space they take up on aircraft. In these cases, Volumetric Weight, or dimensional weight, is used to calculate the shipment cost.

If you'd like to have your goods sent by DHL/UPS, it is recommended that you calculate the Volumetric Weight for the shipment that you send, then compare this to its actual weight. The greater weight of the two is used to work out the price that UPS/DHL charges you.

Q: How to calculate my package's volumetric weight?
A: International Volumetric Weights are calculated using the formula below:
     Length x Width x Height in centimetres/ 6000 = Volumetric Weight in kilograms

Q: When should I choose UPS/DHL/TNT to go with?
A: If your location is not on the list that EMS could deliver to, we'll send out your goods through DHL, TNT or UPS. We'll choose the most economic one.

And if your goods weigh over 20Kg, the shipping cost for each item will be comparatively lower. 

Q: I'm still not very clear about shipping charge estimation, what can I do?
A: No problem. Just email us and we'll help you. Actually after every customer places his order, we'll estimate the shipping charge for him and give him our suggestion.
